During this season, colds, flu and viruses are on the rise. Here are four things that you can do to strengthen your immunity and shore up your Lymphatic system.
1.) DRYBRUSHING-Dry brushing detoxes the skin by unclogging pores exfoliates skin and increases blood circulation and lymph flow. Beginning at wrists and ankles, place brush on skin and gently brush upward in sweeping motion in direction toward the heart.
2.) EXERCISE- Unlike the circulatory system which relies on the heart to pump blood, the lymphatic system relies on movement of muscle to transport lymph.
